The Policy Hub unites the textile industry and its stakeholders to speak in one voice and to propose policies that accelerate circular practices in the apparel and footwear industry. The Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC), the Global Fashion Agenda (GFA), and the Federation of the European Sporting Goods Industry (FESI) founded the Policy Hub in May 2019. In 2021, the three founding partners were joined by Textile Exchange and the ZDHC Foundation - with this the Policy Hub grew significantly and now consists of five partner organisations. These organisations represent immense expertise in diverse areas of textiles, including design, manufacturing, supply chains, certifications, the management of chemicals, and sustainable fashion. The Policy Hub uses this joint knowledge to advocate for better and more efficient policies that correspond to our shared vision– the circular apparel and footwear industry.
